cancellations must be made in writing to be eligible for a refund.
cancellations made before 20/10/23 are eligible for a full refund,
cancellations made after 20/10/23 are not eligible for a refund.
if you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the conference with the new attendee's details.
in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies, the conference may be canceled or rescheduled.
We will provide updates on refunds or rescheduling in such cases.
participants who do not attend the conference without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
if you have a compelling reason for cancellation, such as a medical emergency, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation deadline.
